Wells Coates’s Isokon epitomised modern city living when first built in 1934 and is now, after conservation, an example of co-operation and regeneration. This project is exemplary in the way the fabric has been conserved whilst ensuring that the accommodation it provides is fit for current and foreseeable purpose.
