The crazy geometry of the Graduate Centre is surprisingly well-suited to the small scale – it is only 249 square metres. The architects have exercised a degree of bravado, particularly in the way in which the new build relates to the old cottage.
 
Where else would you find such a delightful boundary-pushing scheme but amid the diversity and eccentricity of London?
