The RIBA special award shortlists are chosen from RIBA Award winners. They are judged by panels which include specialist judges in various fields who visit the shortlisted buildings.
These awards reflect the diversity of architecture and reward the wide variety of specialist skills involved in delivering good buildings.
The RIBA Client of the Year and the Stephen Lawrence Prize are presented annually at the Stirling Dinner.
The RIBA Manser Medal shortlist is announced at the Stirling Dinner and presented at a separate event.
The special awards are:
