When a scheme involves a number of schools, an overall programme provides a helpful shared framework.

A model programme for your use can be found on page 4 of the Handbook. We have also included an actual programme from a model project as an example on page 5.

Creating a Project

Within the programme, each school will develop its own distinctive practitioner partnership project.
