BIM: The Small Practice Perspective
This series of one-day events focusing on BIM, are specifically aimed at the small practice and sole practitioner.
There is a large amount of information available on the subject of Building Information Modelling, but the information overload has caused fear amongst practitioners who are yet to consider BIM in their workplace.
The RIBA has sifted through this information and developed a one-day event to equip you with the practical knowledge needed to make a conscious decision as to whether BIM is right for your practice.
Come along and discover answers to common questions such as:
What is BIM? How will it affect me? Do I need to bother? How, and how much do I need to change my way of thinking? How do I implement BIM? How long will it take? How much will it cost? How does it affect PI/Copyright/Contractual agreements? Will my hardware be sufficient?
