We work out your minimum 35 CPD hours each year as the minimum amount of time you need to spend each year maintaining your competence. These hours are not related to the number of hours you actually work. The minimum number of hours of CPD you need to record is 35, equivalent to 40 minutes a week over a year.
Within these 35 hours, you must spend at least 20 hours gaining CPD in each of the ten core curriculum topics. This means you cover a range of subjects that form the backbone of professional competence.
The other 15 hours of CPD can be from subjects you have chosen, relevant to your own architectural learning needs.
Plain English Campaign's Crystal Mark applies to the CPD pages only.
