The RIBA is the world's pre-eminent organisation for the advancement of architecture and the promotion of excellence in the profession.  The RIBA Trust celebrates and promotes architecture to the widest possible audience through outstanding public education and outreach programmes.

The Development Office, based in the RIBA Trust, is a small team and has undergone a major transformation over the past 18 months to help take income generation to a new level over the next two to three years and beyond.

Supporting the department in delivering the RIBA's fundraising portfolio which currently raises some £1m+ a year RIBA wide, your previous experience of providing broad administration support will enable you to lead on developing, managing and maintaining new Development Office administration and back office functions.  Initial focus will be on compiling and transferring the department's current records on to the RIBA's new central electronic database.

Self-motivated, organised and confident in liaising with a wide range of people, you will have previous experience of administration and in using and maintaining finance and database systems.  Previous experience of working in a Development Office and/or using a fundraising database like Raiser's Edge would be advantageous.
