The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) champions better buildings, communities and the environment through architecture and its members. Having just been voted Top 20 Venues by readers of the Event Magazine, the RIBA Venues team are seeking an experienced Account Manager who can coordinate a range of meetings, conferences and special events for corporate, private and internal clients at our unique venue (24 meeting rooms).
Confident in your sales technique, you will be responsible for effectively selling all the RIBA's meeting rooms, catering and audio visual services to maximise both utilisation and income along with managing key client accounts.
With extensive experience in venue account management and a passion for selling and delivering event services in a unique venue or 4-5* hotel you will be a sales-driven team member confident in working in a target related environment. An excellent communicator, you'll have the ability to build and develop client relationships, manage expectations, meet deliverables and negotiate with clients and suppliers.
Qualified in Business Hotel or Hospitality Management, you will provide first class customer service ensuring that all clients' requirements are met to the highest standard. A Personal License holder would be an advantage.
