The CPD Assistant supports key activities and services in relation to the RIBA CPD programme. You will provide administrative support to the Head of CPD, and assist with the general activities of the small CPD team within the RIBA Practice Department, in particular in relation to working with and supporting the needs of the 600 companies providing RIBA-assessed seminars to professionals through the RIBA CPD Providers Network.
You should be degree qualified (or equivalent) and have relevant experience in a busy, fast-changing client focused environment. Knowledge of the architecture, design or construction fields would be advantageous. In addition to general administrative skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, you should ideally have experience of using databases, financial administration procedures and diary management. You should have excellent communication skills and able to liaise confidently and effectively with a wide variety of people. The ability to produce high quality written documents, including reports, meeting notes, presentations, news bulletins and web copy is essential.
