The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) champions better buildings, communities and the environment through architecture and our members. With a passion to promote a wider public appetite and interest in architecture through its website, exhibitions, talks and collections, the RIBA has led the profession since its foundation in 1834, and continues to lead as architects face the challenges of the 21st century.
We are currently looking for an organised individual who can assist with the administration and organisation of the RIBA’s exciting programme of public talks and events. This role will involve administering the public lecture ticketing process, organising hospitality for speakers and assisting with event ‘front of house’ duties.
A confident person with a demonstrable interest in public and cultural event programming, you will have good administrative skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills. Able to juggle various tasks and prioritise conflicting demands, you will have a good standard of written English, sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and first class communication skills.
