With a passion to promote a wider public appetite and interest in architecture through its website, exhibitions, talks and four million-strong collections, the RIBA has led the profession since its foundation in 1834, and continues to lead as architects face the challenges of the 21st century.
An exciting opportunity has now become available for a Human Resources Manager to join the business on a fixed term basis, for up to 12 months.
You will work in close partnership with the organisation to provide support and advice on all areas of employee relations and recruitment and work with the Head of HR to manage the team to ensure a high quality, timely and effective service is delivered.
You will have significant experience of working as a front line generalist as a Senior HR Advisor/Officer or HR Manager within a busy HR team. You will also have line management experience and will have previously worked with an HR database.
