The Royal Society of Architects in Wales (RSAW) is part of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) which champions better buildings, communities and the environment through architecture and its members. The RSAW is the voice for architects and architecture in Wales. Operating from our base in central Cardiff, and with a newly appointed Director, our small administrative team provides an extensive programme of activities for over 700 members and promotes architecture through public and specialist events.
With strong organisational skills and a substantial working knowledge of MS Office, you will be a key member of the team and contribute to the successful delivery of RIBA/RSAW services and activities across Wales.You will need excellent communication and administrative skills, including financial processing experience. You will be a self-motivated and flexible individual looking to join our enthusiastic and hard-working team. Working closely with the RSAW Director and team, you will act as an initial point of contact for the public, clients, media and other professional and governmental organisations and will liaise with members, head office and regional colleagues on a regular basis, with occasional travel required.
