Important news for those applying to start in April 2012
The RIBA is pleased to announce six bursaries of £1,000 for the RIBA Architectural and Construction MBA, at the Bradford University School of Management. The bursaries will be open to all RIBA members who apply to start the MBA in April 2012.
Speaking about the bursaries, Harry Rich, RIBA Chief Executive said:
'I am delighted that the RIBA is offering six bursaries to help RIBA members who want to undertake the RIBA Architectural and Construction MBA. The course offers architects a chance to develop an additional skill set, one that will provide a solid foundation in business administration from which the economic and creative potential of design and construction projects can be realised.'
To apply for a bursary you should enclose, with your application, a statement of between 750 and 1,000 words which demonstrates why you believe that studying for the MBA will make a direct impact on your personal skills, your professional career and the development of the architecture profession in general.
Deadline for bursary submissions is Friday 2 March 2012. Successful applicants will be contacted before the end of March.
