The course is taught by blended delivery with two main start points in January and October each year. Some applicants may be able to accredit the work and skill sets they have already undertaken and gained.
Flexible study
This MBA is flexible, allowing you to vary the speed of your progression to suit your needs. Generally students take one or two modules per quarter, which equates to 7-8 hours or 14-16 hours of work per week.
Distance learning
The distance learning components are supplemented by block learning residential classes that take place in March/April and July of each year. These can be taken according to requirements of the student and are usually taken after the completion of the Postgraduate Certificate in Architectural and Construction Business Administration.
Entry requirements
To be accepted on the Architectural and Construction MBA programme you will typically have:

a good first degree from an approved university or

an acceptable professional qualification and at least three years’ significant post-study employment experience. We will make a decision about your entry based on your application form, references, test results and face to face or telephone discussion.
