The London Festival of Architecture (LFA) celebrates London as a global hub of architectural experimentation, practice and debate. Taking place throughout June, the annual festival provokes questions about the contemporary and future life of the city, and promotes positive change to its public realm. The city-wide programme will address the theme ‘Work in Progress’ delivered by leading cultural and academic institutions. Alongside the programme, LFA provides unprecedented access to architects across London through the RIBA London’s Open Studios.
Open Studios is a place to gain ‘behind the scenes’ access to practices with a chance to see great work and newly commissioned projects; but also to experience a programme of lively and engaging debate, talks, discussions, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, installations and modelshop demonstrations.
This year 60 practices across London will participate in RIBA London’s Open Studios. Full programme to be announced shortly.
LFA is delivered centrally by RIBA London, New London Architecture and The Architecture Foundation
