Now in its 10th year the Festival is initiated by The Architecture Foundation, the British Council, RIBA London and New London Architecture. This year's festival programme will see leading cultural institutions present innovative activities across the city from 1 to 30 June 2014.
In 2014 the festival will take ‘Capital’ as its central theme, and explores its various manifestations; from London’s place as the UK’s seat of government and finance, its flows of social and intellectual capital, the politics of regeneration and its impact on the city and its position as a world capital of architecture, through its practices and its built environment.
RIBA London is coordinating a trail of Open Studios through Shoreditch, Clerkenwell and nearby areas with a programme of activities and events. Gain behind-the-scenes access to over 27 practices and experience modelshop demonstrations, exhibitions, talks, films and home-brewed craft beer.
Download a pdf copy of the Open Studios: Shoreditch + Clerkenwell map including a £5 off voucher to use at RIBA Bookshops.
