Your local MP can raise issues with the government on your behalf. Ask your MP to support our campaign to ensure you get better information when you're thinking of buying or renting a home. 

Ask your MP to be HomeWise by signing an Early Day Motion in support of our campaign to empower homebuyers and renters by:

• Making sure there is information about the floor area and energy usage of a home by making Energy Performance Certificates mandatory by the time a home is put on the market rather than after contracts have been signed
• Asking the Government to work with the house building industry to produce an industry-wide voluntary agreement for housebuilders to publish data about the size and quality of new homes, so that you will have a clearer picture of what you can buy before you go into the market.
