Availability

Groups can be accommodated during library opening hours, Tuesday – Friday, 10am-5pm. Bookings are also possible at other times, including Mondays and Saturdays, and early evenings. Bookings for external groups should be made at least 21 days in advance of use.

 

Charges

For most education groups the room will be free of charge, though booking is always required. For other groups charges may apply. Additional charges may be incurred for video conferencing and staff support. As a basic guide, the following should be noted:

• CETLD, Sponsors and formal partnerships – NO CHARGE
• Members, British Higher Educational institutes, Further Education institutes, and schools – DEPOSIT ONLY
• Architectural and design-related groups, and other users – CHARGE

 

Please note: a refundable deposit will be required for most users, of £100.

A fee will be charged if a cancellation is received less than 48 hours prior to the booking.
