Student looking at items from the collection of Hackney Archives
Teachers and students can download a wide range of exciting resources for learning in lessons or outside the classroom. These are based on the publicly-accessible collections of material at the
Hackney Archives| and the
RIBA British Architectural Library|, or the expertise of our partners including the
Building Exploratory| and
Bridge Academy|. You can use these resources and the additional documents in our
teachers' notes| with our scheme of work (SOW). Why not also use these resources to create your own learning experience?
You can download the packs of images from this page, each pack illustrates a different aspect of the project's case study, the Mapledene Estate and the people who live there. They should be used to support the lessons outlined in our SOW|, or alternatively, as an opportunity to view the same material our students uncovered in the collections and archives.
