By the early 1930s the Art Deco style inspired by the Paris Exhibition had been replaced by a more modern treatment. The only decorative feature on this façade is the cut-out lettering and the three horizontal chrome fins that wrap around to become lights inside the shop. Miller was a successful furniture and interior designer with a showroom and gallery in Lower Grosvenor Place.
