NBS is inviting practitioners to join the NBS Construction Contract & Law LinkedIn Group, which it has set up to facilitate a forum for discussion and debate, sharing opinions, asking questions and raising concerns in this specialist subject area. The group is expected to be of particular interest to small practices.
The forum will also enable NBS to support the profession and the industry as a whole by helping to steer the preparation, commissioning and delivering of appropriate and informed writing on the topics of construction contract and law.
The Contract & Law team at NBS will continue to provide further support via specialist articles and other online materials.
NBS, part of RIBA Enterprises, says it will prepare and commission material in direct response to matters raised in the forum, with the aim of strengthening professional practice.
‘So we would like encourage you and all other project team members from other disciplines you work with on your various projects to join in on the debate, share your knowledge and experiences, help each other and hear how others have managed to resolve certain problems,’ says Darya Bahram, technical author on Contract & Law at RIBA Enterprises.
