The UK construction industry is changing rapidly. The next generation of architects in leadership roles need to step up to ensure the diverse skills of the profession play a vital role in delivering efficiency, sustainability, whole life value and quality in the built environment.
The Future Leaders series of training seminars has been developed to ensure that the senior architects of the future understand the challenges ahead and have the leadership and management skills to succeed in an increasingly complex profession and construction industry. This year’s programme of three themed half-day afternoon seminars held at the RIBA in London (10 March, 6 May and 8 July) will focus on the skills needed to manage processes, resources, and relationships effectively in this demanding context. Expert speakers, drawn from across and outside the construction industry, will offer thought-provoking content designed to challenge, inspire and inform. This year’s seminar programme will culminate in a Leadership Summit in October at St Catherine’s College, Oxford.
With just over a week to go until the first session on 10 March, we encourage you to book a place now as time and spaces are limited! Information on individual sessions and booking discounts can be found on the Future Leaders page.
