A vital part of Chartered Practice criteria

The RIBA believes that the RIBA Business Benchmarking Survey is incredibly important and has now completed a phased introduction of obligatory business benchmarking as an RIBA Chartered Practice accreditation criterion.

In 2011 practices of two or more staff were required to make an annual businessbenchmarking return. By 2012 completion of the survey became obligatory for ALL practices, including sole practitioners.
