The RIBA Library

Everyone is welcome to visit the British Architectural Library, learn from our collections and use our services. Admission is free. We also operate an enquiry service to answer any of your questions about architecture.

Easter closure and access to collections

Between Good Friday 3 April and Easter Monday 6 April 2015 (dates inclusive) all Library sites, sevices and collections will be closed. Normal service and hours resume on Tuesday 7 April 2015. 

Please note that the rest of 66 Portland Place and the Victoria and Albert Museum will continue to be open over Easter.


Some collection items temporarily unavailable in 2015

Due to building work, some items from our collections (including our archives, books, drawings, journals and photographs) have been moved and are currently unavailable. We hope to restore full access by late spring/early summer 2015. Please check this page for more details or contact us if you have any queries.
