We understand that it's not just architects and architects in training who want to enjoy the benefits of RIBA membership and become part of our thriving community with its shared passion for architecture. So if you have a personal or professional interest in the profession, but are not eligible for our other individual memberships, you can join us as an RIBA Affiliate member.

To qualify for membership…

You will need to

• either have passed RIBA-validated exams Parts 1 and 2

• or be a full member of an institute on the Construction Industry Council list

• or be a lecturer (or similar) at an architectural school

• or have a professional interest in architecture and/or construction
