RIBA Venues' normal office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, although we also oversee early or late functions.
We are happy to arrange viewings of our rooms, but this is by appointment only. Please call us on the numbers below to organise a time that is convenient.
For a swift response to your enquiries we suggest you use the main office number and email. We aim to respond to all voicemail and email within two hours of the message, but at busier times this may take longer.
Booking Process
To make a booking contact the RIBA Venues team by filling in our enquiry form| or telephone 020 7307 3888.
The team will advise you which room is best for your event and also check availability.
If you are happy with your selection and want to make a provisional booking, we will then take your contact details and put a provisional booking on our computerised system for that date.
We will then send you an email with the provisional booking details including costs and a booking form. We ask you to send the form back within ten working days.
Once this is returned the booking is then confirmed (please note that for some bookings deposits are required, your venue co-ordinator will be able to provide further information regarding this). Once a booking is confirmed cancellation charges will then apply if necessary.
