66 Portland Place is the ideal location for celebrating special occasions:

The Florence Hall and First Floor Landing are perfect for larger celebrations of up to 400 people for a standing reception or 200 for a dinner dance (250 for a seated dinner). Whilst rooms such as the Lutyens and Aston Webb provide more intimate settings for smaller occasions. The Jarvis Foyer can be utilised as an area for a late night disco to compliment the Florence Hall.

Our experienced events and catering teams would be delighted to assist planning your event and can recommend suppliers for all those important finishing flourishes such as flowers, entertainment and decorations.

'AWW had an extremely successful 'Summer in the City' party at the RIBA and were very well looked after before and during the event. The catering arrangements were discrete and effective and the quality, choice and delivery of food and drink excellent. The music and PA systems were faultless and the management and security on the evening was discrete and effective. We would very much like to use the venue again and would recommend it to others looking for a prestigious, comfortable well equipped and well run venue.
