The Jarvis Suite is the RIBA's venue for large conferences. It comprises the Jarvis Memorial Hall and Foyer, all located on the lower ground floor. The Jarvis Hall is a fully equipped, naturally lit lecture theatre with a stage, twin lecterns and tiered seating for up to 284 delegates. With floor-to-ceiling wooden paneling concealing state-of-the-art audio visual equipment, the room creates an inspirational and comfortable conference atmosphere. Next door the Foyer can accommodate refreshments for up to 220 delegates. Other rooms in the building can also be hired as syndicate rooms.
Alternatively, the Foyer can be easily converted into an extension of the Hall by virtue of a 'disappearing wall', making space for a further 120 delegates. With the wall raised, the Foyer can act as a registration point or exhibition space to accompany a conference. At times when there is no conference in progress, the Foyer can be hired for product launches, exhibitions or other events.

In fact I did not receive one evaluation less than excellent or outstanding, which really blew me away.
