Able to seat up to 60 people theatre style or 35 cabaret style, this room is ideal for large group events such as seminars, press events, presentations and team meetings. Windows all the way down one side of the room offer plenty of daylight and views onto the terraces below.
The Lasdun Room can be booked in conjunction with other Fifth Floor rooms, which can be used as breakout or refreshment areas.
Magnetic paint on the walls allows notes and papers from meetings to be easily displayed around the room and repositioned as required.
About the Architect
Sir Denys Lasdun was one of the most highly regarded English architects of his generation. His best-known building is the National Theatre on London's South Bank, which opened in 1976, the year he was knighted. He was awarded the RIBA Royal Gold Medal in 1977.
