£68 + VAT per person.

The new conference package  includes the Florence Hall as a light and airy exhibition and refreshment area with its floor-to-ceiling windows and adjoining roof terrace along with the hire of the fully equipped Jarvis auditorium.

This rate is applicable for all conferences taking place between November 2013 and March 2014. Minumum numbers of 200 apply. A day delegate package is also available for meetings from 50 delegates, please enquire for details. 

 

 

The DDR includes:

Room Hire (from 8am - 5pm)

Hire of the Jarvis auditorium| which can seat up to 400 theatre style

Hire of the Florence Hall| as a catering and exhibition area which boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and access to an adjoining roof terrace.

Use of the LCD projector and screen (High Definition 1920 x 1024 resolution, 10,000 lumen projection system 16:9 & 4:3 aspect ratio)

Induction loop

Lighting: Fully controllable lighting system
