Newark and Nottinghamshire County Show

The RIBA East Midlands joined forces with artist and illustrator Nicola Streeten to deliver a map workshop for children and young people. Working alongside the fifty50 exhibition, Nicola led participants in two creative days resulting in an imaginative and colourful city map, featuring play areas, housing, a dance studio, schools and even an escaped zebra! Around 70 children contributed to the project. Nicola and the RIBA were also kindly assisted by Dan Ellis over the course of the weekend.
