RIBA Ibstock EM Awards shortlist announced

"It was encouraging to discover the wealth of pleasing and competent recent architecture from all parts of the region. We are not looking for an overall winner, but to recognise work of excellence within the region and raise the profile or architecture."

The judging panel has announced the list of shortlisted buildings that are in the running for the RIBA:Ibstock EM Awards for architecture. The winners will be announced at a presentation ceremony to be held in the Nottingham Council House on 6 November 2006. RIBA President Elect Sunand Prasad will make the presentations.
