Philip is a Chartered QS and Building Surveyor and a Director of Caxtons Chartered Surveyors and head of their Building Consultancy Department. Formerly a visiting lecturer at the University of Greenwich his interests cover JCT Contracts, Procurement, Cost Control, Party Walls, Dilapidations and Expert Evidence.
