Speaker: Owen Edwards MRICS MBEng. Owen is a Chartered Surveyor and member of The Association of Building Engineers. He is an experienced building control practitioner having commenced his career with Oxford City Council in 1987. Owen progressed via roles as senior surveyor, team leader in Building Control and Building Control Manager to his present position as a Senior Project Manager for Butler and Young Approved Inspectors.
