This workshop covers the fundamentals of personal effectiveness and how to enhance practice management by consistently getting the best from people and adding the greatest value to your firm. Speaker: Stuart Powell BSc (Hons), IDPC, LCGI. Stuart is a Director of The Hughes Company and an accomplished trainer. He is passionate about helping individuals and companies to optimize their individual performance whilst helping people to grow their existing business.
