Duggan Morris Architect's vision of future cities combines an eclectic mix of creative engineering, architectural innovation and renovation through imaginative reuse and reinvention. Intelligent building systems will be employed to facilitate movement, passive environments and wellbeing.

The concept is to take components of the Ferrari engine and display them as a ‘city fragment’ out of scale with its actual purpose, encouraging a different reading of the object. A variety of scenarios are proposed from a city landscape connected by a large circulatory device to a manufacturing plant.

The juxtaposition of buildings with highly engineered components aims to speculate on the future of architecture and the diversity high precision engineering brings to it, speculating on solutions to density, energy and public realm.
