Description:

The BIM Workshop Programme has been designed specifically for built environment organisations from across the industry spectrum - clients, contractors, architects, architectural technologists and technicians, engineers, building services engineers, surveyors manufacturers, maintenance and facilities managers.

The practical workshops take place over 1.5 days and are led by industry experts. Day one is from 1- 5pm and day two is 9am – 5pm. The workshops address essential issues regarding BIM – including:

  • What is driving BIM? What Government is asking for, why it matters, and how it will affect your firm/business
  • What BIM is and how it works in practice 
  • Benefits of using BIM and how it would specifically benefit your work
  • The risks and practicalities
  • Technologies – how to ensure you select what is best for your business 
  • Effective approaches for successful BIM deployment

    The BIM Workshop Programme is free of charge. For London based firms.

All workshops take place in central London and run on the following dates:

  • 23 and 24 May 
  • 30 and 31 May 
  • 6 and 7 June 
  • 13 and 14 June
