Description:
The first part of this seminar will consider the issues you need to address in negotiating your appointments and fee agreements. Subjects will include getting the right fee, demonstrating how your service adds value for your client, why you need a comprehensive appointment agreement, and strategies for getting paid and maintaining cash flow. The second part will explore how benchmarking can help to balance professional creativity with improving profitability, and will look at the RIBA's new benchmark initiative, which is free to all Chartered Practices. The speakers includes Adrian Dobson, RIBA Director of Practice and Caroline Cole, Director Colender.
