It's no secret that 2012 has been a year of debate on the role of women in architecture. The President of the RIBA has made this one of her key priorities. But what is the secret to success for women in the industry? And where will women in the profession be in 20 years? Christine Murray, Editor of the AJ, chairs this fascinating panel to discuss female power in Architecture; who has it, who wants it, and how to earn it.
