The scheme creates a series of buildings which demonstrate an understanding of massing implications and seamlessly integrates them into the existing urban landscape creating opportunities for social synergies between a number of social groups.

The judges thought that the scheme was communicated through an array of highly developed skills particularly through its use of model making which combined to communicate the whole experience and beauty of the scheme.
