Why has the Young Practitioners Forum evolved?
The RIBA North East Regional Council identified an opportunity for younger RIBA professionals to have their own series of networking opportunities. Following the successful launch of the YPF in autumn 2010, it has continued to grow the forum is not exclusive to architects and has a following of over 400 members.
"The RIBA YPF, in my opinion, provides an excellent platform for young professionals and students in both architecture and other industries to integrate, learn and most importantly socialise and network." O Currie. Alsotn Murphy Associates
Who does the Young Practitioners Forum support and how?
The Young Practitioners Forum provides opportunities for all students, graduates and architects with up to 10 years post qualification experience.
The forum allows for built environment professionals to engage with each other in events designed to promote cross discipline links, friendships and opportunities that will endure over their developing careers in the North East.
