• invaluable tips for powerful opening and closing

Susan Cole, Chartered FCIPD.  Susan has worked extensively in the Service Sector with a number of national and international organisations.  She is director of a training company (Guthrie & Cole) specialising in the design, delivery and and evaluation of high impact company learning solutions.
