This seminar will discuss criteria to consider when deciding which contract your client should enter into with a main contractor. Procurement techniques will be discussed, making reference to EU procurement guidelines.
The speaker will address the changes to the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 and how these impact contracts.
