'Other perspectives on construction procurement' - a discussion by Peter McDermott, Professor of Construction Procurement at the University of Salford
Peter is a member of the newly merged Infrastructure UK Costs Study/Cabinet Office Government Strategy Joint Steering Committee and is also the Chair of the North-West Infrastructure Group.
He is currently working with a range of clients in helping them to renew and refresh their procurement strategies. He is also leading current research projects which are looking at how to embody social value into routine business for construction firms and how to drive social value through major construction and infrastructure investment.
