In this engaging, hands-on workshop you will identify and explore how hugely influential non-verbal communication is in all of your professional interactions, for better or worse.
You will learn to access a powerful resource state to remain calm and focused when under pressure, while recognising and adapting to key behaviours others use to positively influence your audience and win them over.
You will discover the four key modes of responding to a 'negative' message, and have the opportunity to utilise a powerful needs-based model of communication to move the most challenging communication scenario towards a successful win/win outcome.
