Welcome to RIBA Wessex, one of 11 English regions of the Royal Institute of British Architects.

RIBA Wessex comprises over 1,500 members and 350 registered practices across the five branches of Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset, Bristol & Bath.

RIBA Wessex News

RIBA South West Town & Country Design Awards 2009 announced with Aardman Animations HQ, Bristol by Alec French Architects winning the overall Ibstock Premier Award and Workspace category.

Other winners are South Point, Poole (residential) by Western Design Architects, Blandford; Gildhouse Poundstock, nr Bude (conservation) by Jonathan Rhind Architects, Barnstaple; Seacombe, nr Salcombe (sustainability) by Annie Martin Architect; Cargo, Plymouth (housing scheme) by Ferguson Mann Architects, Bristol; and Market House, Martock (community award) by Benjamin + Beauchamp, Somerset.
