As national planning guidance is constantly evolving the seminar will be tailored to reflect any new initiatives not mentioned in the above. There will be ample time to question the speakers on specific planning issues.
Speakers:
Philip D Waddy, RIBA FRSA, Partner West Waddy ADP has over 20 years experience as a Partner or Principal in private practice. He is experienced at steering complex developments to completion, and has particular abilities in the role of project management. Philip is a member of the RIBA National Planning Group and Chair of the RIBA South Regional Planning Group.
Miles Thompson, MRTPI, Associate Planner, West Waddy ADP is also a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). Miles has a record of helping to deliver high quality schemes, ranging from small to large scale residential projects and from industrial site redevelopment.
