For recently qualified architects, this seminar will be a refresher on many topics including:

- job running issues from tender stage to completion

- different forms of procurement

- project programming

- resourcing

- cost planning

- team management

- chairing meetings

- structuring site inspections

- dealing with the contractor

- resolving problems.

It will also consider the next stage in your career development as a project architect , looking at developing the 'soft' skills required of a team leader and developing your own profile.  Target Audience : Job-running architects with up to five years experience post part III; also of value to Part III candidates.
