Mike Thomas has considerable experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager, Procurement Manager and Facilitator and managed the introduction and successful

implementation of construction best practices, including partnering into a FTSE 100 leisure company. In December 1997, Mike and Gill Thomas set up Mike Thomas Ltd and have supported contractors, consultants and clients in the public and private sectors to identify and deliver added value through successful project and strategic partnering arrangements.
