• the impact of the Temple Quay Enterprise Zone on Bristol's development.

As one of the UK's largest cities, has Bristol achieved its potential for high quality, sustainable, well-designed buildings, housing and public spaces to rival European counterparts like Bordeaux? How would a new mayor tackle barriers to delivery?

Does Bristol have issues around public transport, infrastructure, and how to move people around the city for living, work and play. Could a new mayor suggest more collaborative approaches to making the city function better?

Does the current local planning system enable or stifle innovation, construction, delivery and the right balance of housing and public spaces for Bristol's citizens?

Chaired by David Garmston| of BBC Points West, this public event will attract an audience of construction and property industry professionals, developers, construction companies, property media representatives and local people and stakeholders with an interest in the way our city looks and develops in future years.

All Bristol mayoral candidates have been invited to take part in this hustings event, which will take place at the Arnolfini on their fifth floor commanding fantastic panoramic views of the city of Bristol.

Programme: 8am arrival, breakfast baps and networking. 8.45 – 10.30am, debate.
